 PolicyWe ship within Australia, and shipping is free and tracked on every order.

Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 days from when you order.

 Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, and remote areas can take a little longer.

If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks, email us at loovi.support@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and your order number and we will arrange a replacement, repair or full refund at no cost to you.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected by this policy.
