What does it actually do?
It holds soft red light panels against your dog's back for short, calm sessions at home. It's a comfort and wellbeing product. It isn't a medical treatment and it doesn't replace your vet.
Will my dog mind wearing it?
Some dogs need a little time. If yours is unsure, put it on for thirty seconds without switching it on and build up from there.
How long until we see something?
It varies, and for some dogs there's no visible change at all. We'd rather say that plainly than promise a timeline we can't stand behind.
Do I need to shave my dog's coat?
No. For very thick double coats, parting the fur slightly where the panels sit can help them sit closer.
Can I use it on a dog with a diagnosed condition?
Talk to your vet first, particularly if your dog is pregnant, on medication, or has any diagnosed condition. Your vet knows your dog and we don't.
Which size do I need?
The coat comes in Small and Large. Use the fit finder on the coat page, or email us your dog's chest and back measurements and we'll confirm the size before you order.
What if it doesn't suit my dog?
Use it for a month. If it's not right for your dog, email us between day 14 and day 30 with your order number and a photo or short video, and we refund you in full. You keep the coat. Your coat also has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
