Start on the lower setting for a first-timer. Snug but never tight, with two fingers of room underneath. Avoid open wounds or irritated skin, and check with your vet for any diagnosed condition.

Should I get this or the coat?

If one leg is the issue, the wrap. If your dog is generally slowing down, the coat. If you're not sure, message us and describe what you're seeing. We'll tell you which is the better starting point, even if that's the cheaper one.

How long until I see anything?

It varies, and some owners see no change at all. We'd rather say that plainly than promise a timeline we can't stand behind.

Do I need to shave my dog's coat?

No. For very thick double coats, parting the fur slightly where the wrap sits can help it sit closer.

Can I use it on a dog with a diagnosed condition?

Talk to your vet first, particularly if your dog is on medication, is pregnant, or has any diagnosed condition, including any lumps or growths. Loovi is a comfort and wellbeing product, not a treatment for any condition.

Can I use it on more than one spot?

Yes, move it from one leg to the other between sessions.

Will it fit my dog?

How long does delivery take?
