Which size does your dog need?
Start with your dog's breed for a rough guide. Breed is only a starting point, and two dogs of the same breed can be a size apart. If you're unsure, email us their chest girth and back length and we'll confirm before you order.
The straps are adjustable for a reason: each size fits a range of shapes rather than one exact dog. Do them up snug, not tight, with two fingers between the strap and your dog.

It holds soft red light panels against your dog's back for short, calm sessions at home. It's a comfort and wellbeing product. It isn't a medical treatment and it doesn't replace your vet.
How long until I see anything?
It varies, and some owners see no change at all. We'd rather say that plainly than promise a timeline we can't stand behind.
How often should I use it?
Follow the instructions that come with your coat. Short, regular sessions are easier to fit into your day than long ones.
Do I need to shave my dog's coat?
No. For very thick double coats, parting the fur slightly where the panels sit can help them sit closer.
Can I use it on a dog with a diagnosed condition?
Talk to your vet first, particularly if your dog is on medication, is pregnant, or has any diagnosed condition, including any lumps or growths. Loovi is a comfort and wellbeing product, not a treatment for any condition.
