Which one should I start with?
If your dog is slowing down generally, start with the coat. If one leg is the issue, look at the wrap. If you're unsure, message us and describe what you're seeing. We'll tell you which is the better starting point, even if that's the cheaper one.
Which size do I need?
The coat comes in Small and Large. Use the fit finder on the coat page, or email us your dog's chest and back measurements and we'll confirm the size before you order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 days anywhere in Australia. Shipping is free and tracked, and we'll email your tracking link as soon as it's available.
What if it doesn't suit my dog?
Use it for a month. If it's not right for your dog, email us between day 14 and day 30 with your order number and a photo or short video, and we refund you in full. You keep the coat. Your coat also has a 12-month warranty against manufacturing faults, on top of your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Is this a replacement for seeing the vet?
No, and we wouldn't want it to be. If your dog is in pain, see your vet first. If you use Loovi, use it alongside your vet's plan, never instead of it.
